As Senior Manager of Accounting at Yale PGC LLP, Howard Kruger brings over 20 years of experience in financial reporting, strategic planning, and process optimization. With a strong background in accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial audits, he plays a critical role in leading the firm’s accounting team, ensuring accurate financial records, and fostering a culture of financial integrity and transparency.

Howard holds a Degree in Sociology from York University, and is a CPA, CA. and is also a publicly licensed CPA (IL) in the State of Illinois.  Throughout his career, he has successfully managed complex financial systems, directed audits, and implemented best practices to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risk. Howard is also a key collaborator with cross-border team, providing valuable insights to support business decisions and drive organizational growth.

At Yale PGC LLP, he continues to elevate the accounting department’s capabilities, ensuring that the firm maintains a strong financial position and complies with industry regulations.

In his personal time, Howard enjoys vacations and sports with his family.  Howard is also a Board member of a major charity and is dedicated to continuing professional development in the ever-evolving world of accounting and finance.
